No worries! Our classes are capped to only four students each class – giving your child sample attention to better grasp Maths concepts.

Individualized Learning Plan for Each Child

There’s no one size that fits all. Your child no longer has to conform to the pace of traditional group tuition classes. From the initial placement  we’ll assess your child’s learning ability in Maths and then, we’ll provide a personalised learning plan for your child.

If they’re weaker in a topic, we’ll take a step back and ensure that they really master the foundational concepts and skills. If they’re strong in a topic, they can advance to learn the next topic without having to wait for other students.

FAQ ?

Yes, our programme is suitable for children as young as 6 years up till 14 – or even a little older. We have varying Maths competencies for our in-house learning resources, so your child can learn their numbers and have a head start in school with us.

Aside from guided practice in class, our students will be given homework to practise the skills they have learned. From the completed homework, they will be given feedback in the next lesson to further hone their understanding of the topic.

S.A.M follows the official curriculum of Ministry of Education of Singapore for the primary years. This provides us the opportunity to make a lasting impact for our young learners.

Every child is different in their learning abilities – some are fast, some need a longer time to grasp Maths concepts. From what we have observed in our students, you can see improvement within three months in their marks, as well as in their learning attitude.

Your child will be assessed after each topic periodically using topical tests. We also have term assessments to test your child’s overall understanding.

We recommend you claim a complimentary Placement Assessment for your child first so that we can assess his understanding, strengths and weakness before enrolling in any class at S.A.M. This includes a parent briefing during which you can learn about the program

Our screened tutors have to go through rigourous in-house training, using our unique pedagogy, before we certify them to be competent to teach our Maths curriculum. Most have few years of prior teaching experience as well and above all, are very good at working with young learners. Rest assured that your child is in good hands.

All classes are of a duration of one hour on the hour.

Classes are held weekly in line with the school terms. For students who are weaker in Maths, we will recommend to have lessons twice a week with us.
